The Role:
As an Advanced Instructor, you’ll be the key person for aviation enthusiasts looking to deepen their piloting skills. This role involves managing advanced and basic simulator sessions, providing in-depth guidance and training to participants, and ensuring each visitor has a memorable, exhilarating, and educational adventure.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the scheduling of advanced flight simulator sessions.
Provide detailed briefings and expert guidance to participants, ensuring they understand advanced simulator controls and session objectives.
Manage sessions for safety and quality, providing advanced teaching experiences, assistance, and feedback to enhance the participant’s skills.
Troubleshoot simulator software and hardware issues to ensure continuous operation.
Engage with participants to enhance their enjoyment and satisfaction, fostering a deeper understanding of advanced aviation concepts.

Requirements:
Passionate about aviation and customer service.
Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or customer-facing roles preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Technical aptitude to operate and troubleshoot simulator systems.
PPL or being an ATPL Student.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Certification preferred.
Previous instructional experience in aviation or related fields preferred.
